From Historical Building to Modern Community Space

Nestled in the heart of Blanco, Texas, the Feed Store has quickly become more than just another business—it's a true community hub where locals and visitors alike gather to eat, drink, work, and play.

The historic building that houses our establishment has been a landmark in Blanco for generations. What once served the agricultural needs of the community has been thoughtfully repurposed into a modern, multi-functional space that honors its roots while meeting the contemporary needs of Hill Country residents and visitors.

Creating a Space for Everyone

When we envisioned the Blanco Feed Store, we wanted to create something unique: a place where families could enjoy quality time together while professionals could find a productive workspace—all under one roof. The result is a versatile environment that seamlessly blends these needs.

For families, we've created dedicated spaces including our indoor kids' corner and outdoor turf play area where little ones can safely play while parents enjoy a coffee or meal nearby. The arcade games add another element of fun for children and adults alike.

For professionals and remote workers, our workspace area offers free WiFi and a comfortable setting where you can be productive while enjoying freshly prepared food and beverages. Need a break? Take a few minutes to play an arcade game or step outside to the turf area for some fresh air.

Nourishing the Community

At the heart of our concept is providing fresh, healthy food options in a region where such offerings can sometimes be limited. Our menu features freshly pressed juices, nutritious smoothies, artisanal coffee, panini sandwiches, and wholesome snacks—all prepared with care and quality ingredients.

We're particularly proud of our weekly Farmers Market, which showcases local producers and further strengthens community bonds while providing access to fresh, locally-grown food.

More Than Just a Café

What truly sets the Blanco Feed Store apart is our commitment to being more than just a place to eat and drink. We've created thoughtful amenities like our DIY bike repair station—perfect for cyclists exploring the scenic Hill Country roads who need a quick tune-up along with refreshment.

Our space is also available for event rentals, hosting everything from business meetings to birthday celebrations, further cementing our role as a central gathering place for the community.

Looking Forward

As we continue to grow and evolve, our mission remains constant: to provide a welcoming, multi-functional space where the Blanco community and visitors can gather, connect, and thrive. Whether you're starting your day with a nutritious breakfast, stopping in during a bike ride, working remotely while enjoying lunch, or unwinding with friends over a glass of local wine in the evening—the Blanco Feed Store is your home away from home in the Hill Country.

We invite you to become part of our story. Stop by and experience the unique atmosphere we've created at 419 Eighth Street in Blanco. We're open Monday through Saturday from 8am to 8pm, and Sundays from 11am to 6pm.

Eat. Drink. Work. Play. That's the Blanco Feed Store way.
